Congratulations! Pinnacle Middle School!
We are proud to announce that our middle school has been awarded the Colorado Centers of Excellence Award by the Colorado Department of Education. We believe that all students deserve a school where they can learn and grow. At Pinnacle, we serve all students and are serving them well.
This year, Pinnacle entered twenty-six pieces of art into the contest and received six awards; two gold key awards, three silver key awards and one honorable mention. There were over 4,000 entries from art teachers all around Colorado and around 400 winners. The winning artwork will display at the History Colorado Center, from March 3rd-30th. An awards ceremony for the winners will be on March 11th. Please join me in celebrating these creative artists!
Mr. Emma's 8th Grade Class - "Be the Change"
Mr. Emma’s 8th-grade B-day class is working on a project called “Be the Change” and needs help collecting basic needs, such as clothing, food, toys, school supplies, and so on as these items are for resettled refugees at Mango House. Mr. Emma’s class encourages elementary or middle school students to help contribute by bringing in some of these items. The entire list of items that explains what to donate can be found on the fliers posted in each hallway. Donation boxes are located at the main entrance, event center, and near the elementary principal. Please help donate, it is highly recommended because just one person can change the lives of several others. Resettled refugees would really appreciate it no matter how small the help. Thank you for your support and all donations made.
