The Pinnacle Charter School Transportation Department is an important part of our school. Over half of our students rely on the bus to get to school. We have 15 school buses to transport our students to and from school, to sport events, and field trips.

For the school year 2010-2011, Every parents must fill out the Bus Application to sign their student(s) up to ride the bus. Parents and students must also read and sign the Code of Conduct forms.  To save time at Student Check-In, fill out the forms in advance and stop by the Transportation table to return them.   Feel free to contact the transportation department with any questions regarding bus stops.

The Pinnacle Charter School Expectation of Conduct of Pupils as Bus Passengers

Colorado Law does not require schools or school districts to transport public school pupils to and from school (22-32-113, Colorado Revised Statues, 1973). Therefore, riding the bus is a privilege. Your understanding, cooperation and support in helping to maximize the “Safety” of all students while on a school bus is required. The following rules and regulations exist to promote and help assure the safety of each student while in transit.

The driver is in full charge of the bus and of its passengers. Students must obey the instructions of the driver without argument.

Please discuss the Code of Conduct for school bus passengers with your child.
